INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

A space to explore emotions, behavioral patterns, life events, values, interpersonal relationships, career changes, current goals, future goals, academic pressures, and/or anything you want to may want to get off your chest in a nonjudgmental setting. Some individuals also seek out therapy as a form of ongoing accountable and grounding. 

I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to provide individualized sessions. It’s important to me that I account for differences in learning styles, interests, and life experiences; I incorporate interventions from different therapeutic modalities to support your current needs and as your needs evolve. 

COUPLES THERAPY

A collaborative process in which couples explore concerns, behaviors, and patterns affecting the relationship. Couples may discuss themes they are curious to explore with guidance of a therapist. Couples therapy is not only for “crisis” situations! It can serve as a space to cope ahead for upcoming changes which may change your current relationship dynamic. I often work with millennial couples who also looking to fine tune the foundation of their relationships. 

My goal is to support partners as they express their needs and work towards established goals by highlighting the strengths each partner brings to the relationship. With a gentle and compassionate approach, I emphasize accountability and sitting with discomfort and avoidance which may be present within the dynamic.

FAMILY THERAPY

Family therapy is not strictly for immediate/extended family members; family sessions can include whomever you consider family! Family sessions are a collaborative process in which themes impacting the family system are explored and/or to prepare for upcoming changes within the family unit. Participating individuals are introduced to the psychoeducation, tools, and coping skills relevant to the themes brought into sessions.

Family roles
Learning how to best support a loved one
Boundary setting
Adapting to recent or upcoming changes
Strengthening and developing coping skills
Psychoeducation
