Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, I have in-person availability at my office in Studio City, CA 91604 (located near The Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge).

I am licensed to provide teletherapy to individuals residing anywhere within the states of California and Florida.

Please reach out via the contact form. I will email you with general information and with available times for a 15-minute consultation phone call. Outside of weekends, I respond to inquiries within 24 hours. If you do not see my email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

I have morning, afternoon, and evening appointment times Monday through Thursday. If you have specific scheduling needs during the week (i.e. needing an early morning appointment time due to work), please reach out to see if my current availability can accommodate your preferred time.

No. I do not bill or accept insurance. When requested, I provide clients with a monthly superbill so they may submit the superbill to their insurance company. I recommend you contact your PPO insurance provider regarding deductibles and reimbursement rates, as this varies amongst insurance companies and your selected healthcare plan. Please note that the submission of a superbill requires that a mental health diagnosis be specified; not all diagnoses as covered.

I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available. Please reach out to inquire about sliding scale rates or session fee reductions.

Each therapist bases their session rates on various factors, including yet not limited to: areas of expertise, clinical experience, education, trainings, the time involved preparing for sessions, materials provided in sessions, the time spent collaborating with other providers on your team

I’m here to guide you through the process. The unknown can feel uncomfortable, especially when it involves opening up to a stranger. Individuals often share that riding this initial wave of discomfort with a therapist is helpful. Therapy is not only about our struggles; it is also a nonjudgmental space to explore successes, identify interests, work towards building new relationships, and figure out how to work towards future goals in ways which feel authentic to you.

My practice has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients are responsible for paying their full session fee for appointments canceled after the 24-hour window. If a client reaches out to reschedule their appointment time after the 24-window has passed, the client is financially responsible for the original appointment time AND the new appointment time.
